My Clever Creative Writing - Week 10
This term we have started creative writing. Creative writing is when you get a slide that the teachers have made. On the slide are sentence starters that you have to use to start your story! We always make sure we put our goal in the top because this is suppose to be like a writing warm up and help you achieve your writing goal. Then you can write anything like : An acrostic poem, rhyming poem, a tongue twister, a diary of the week, a long story or a short story, a non-fiction story or my personal favourite a fiction story. After that we write a reflection if we did well or not, and if we achieved our goal or not. We have had 6 weeks of creative writing so far.
I think that creating writing this term has helped me achieve my goal because now I know how to organise my ideas. It's easy to remember my goal when I can see it. I now love creative writing because it helps me with my goal and it's fun writing what I want. It's fun being creative. Hopefully we don't stop creative writing.
